Knives I will look to buy in 2026

This is a list of the knives that I am interested in buying in 2026. I will not buy all of them, but will buy if I find a good price. I will probably buy most of the cheaper ones and just a few of the more expensive ones. I think I know quite a bit about these knives, but would welcome comments from people who have owned/used them. I don't mind knives made outside of the US, but try to avoid knives made in China or Russia. I have some, but there are plenty of knives I like not made in these two countries. The knives at the top of list are preferred over the knives at the bottom of the list.

The Hog House knives have really caught my eye, as have the Herman Knives, but the prices and tariff costs are eye-watering.
 
Obviously I don't spend enough time here, as I don't really know much about any of them. Ha...I've got lots of reading to do....Thanks.
