Well this is the only knife mag I can find in my area but anyway there was in article this past issue. It was about a maker who was asked by an Army soldier to make a knife for him. The maker actually took him to his shop, and together they made him his knife, that he took back to Iraq. I just can't find the article now, and want to know who the maker is. Anyway know what I'm talking about?

Interesting article too. Get to have a hand in forging your own knife for your 2nd run in Iraq.

I like Dales stuff. Didnt he make a knife for a handicap......or a man that lost his hands (not hadicaped if you can work a knife!!!) in a different article in Blade Magazine?

He made a knife for a man who lost both hands in an electical accident. Dale is a friend of mine, his shop has always been open and I've always felt welcomed there. He is ready to show anybody anything they want to learn. He learned a lot from Alex Daniels and Don Fogg, that might give you an idea of how good his work is....he's in Trinity,Alabama... :D...I think his web site is down, don't know why...
