Knives in Folk Art

I stumbled across this piece of folk art a little while back (according to the tag on the back in was painted in Folsom Prison). I am wondering if anyone else has some examples of knives in art. I hope you like it.

I don't know if his History and Price Guide To American Prison Art has been published yet....

Maybe look through some Norman Rockwell prints to see what you can find...
