Hi, I live in the US and have family that is currently visiting Japan. They want to get knife (knives) for me from there. I mostly use chefs knife (not a professional but I know how to cut pretty decent), pairing knife, boning knife, and of course steak knives. Utility knife would be considered as well. It would be a nice bonus if it was not something I can get in the US but not required. Any ideas?
