Knives in Maxim Magazine

I just picked up the November 2000 issue of Maxim magazine and they do a "torture test" of 5 kitchen knives. It's pretty funny, as they slice through rope, saw through beer cans, hacking on a giraffe bone, and throwing (!) them at a target (Hey, did these guys consult with LT at CS about how to test knives???

LMAO)

Hey Dex....glad I saw this post. That's me in the small pic below Hiroki with the GI Joe caption.

Don't know what precipitated their torture testing ideas...just got called up to throw them into some plywood. But watching Hiroki hack into that bone, and then hand me the bloody knives to throw...

The whole experience was GREAT fun however!!!
