this topic has been raised often enuff. Tot I'd just add to it....recently, I noticed that Michael Keaton used a PE spyderco delica? whilst paring his apple in "Out of Sight", the show starring Jennifer Lopez & George Clooney.

The Spydie Endura also featured in a documentary about ancient giant crocodiles. A chappie in Costa Rica used his Spydie Endura to cut the duct tape holding the croc's jaws together...

Just tot you may be interested....

BG who killed Parker's uncle tried to use a Kabar pattern against him (while he still have the sweatshirt getup I think). It looked like one of thsoe AUS6/440A USMC Kabar.
 
Just saw The Transporter. Man, that was a blast! :D Not an iota of believable story line or good drama, but plenty of high-speed car chasing (quite well done), martial arts action, and tracer bullets whizzing everywhere.

Our hero uses a knife 3 times. First one near the start of his troubles. I think that was a Spydie, though I'm not sure which. (I was laughing too much. :) ) In the middle he uses a kitchen knife to cut some rope. Near the end he uses a dagger in a fight scene (also laughing too hard to pay attention).

Damn! I just might have to watch it again or rent it on video. :p
 
Anyone know the knives used in Predator? Specifically, the one used by the Native American character when he cut his chest right before he died.

Someone posted this link last time we had one of these threads....the Knifemaker who did the knives for Predator as well as many other action movies....though some I dont remember seeing them in

I've got a friend here in town who has one of the Jack Crain Predator Machetes. It is absolutely fabulous. He never struck me as a knife collector type so I asked him why he got it. The guy tells me the he and Jack have been friends for a long time and that Jack whipped it up for him when he wanted to clear some of his land.
The thing is an absolute tank.

Anyone know what kind of knife Jean Reno used in Mission Impossible...?
 
Cliffhanger with Stallone - bad guy is stomping fingers holding the edge of a cliff and gets a Endura right in the shin. :eek:
The directors cut at the theatre was much better than VHS. But still a Stallone movie.
