Knives in Movies

The protagonist of the wonderful Icelandic novel, Jar City, by Amaldur Indridason is a detective named Erlendur.
In the equally wonderful film (also called "Jar City") made of the novel there is a well known scene (available on YouTube) in which Erlendur eats a sheep's head (an Icelandic delicacy - see Anthony Bourdain program on Iceland) for dinner. He eats with a knife that looks to me like it may be an EKA Swede 38 with a black handle. Has anyone else tried to identify this knife with any result?

Also, has anyone else noticed identifiable folding knives in movies?
 
Spydercos are pretty prolific. There's the classic scene with Hannibal. Willem dafoe carries and uses an Endura in the hunter. I know I have seen more, but I can't think of specific examples. I think there is a cold steel recon 1 in dredd.
