A short time ago billym conducted a give away to celebrate his 1000th post on this forum (he's somewhat ahead of me in that category). Inexplicably, I was the winner. Today, just as Bill predicted two delightful traditional knives arrived in the mailbox a few hundred yards down my mountainside. Appropriately, since my nearest neighbors are cows, one of the knives is a wickedly sharp Case Sodbuster Jr. The other is an unfamiliar to me extremely thin Victorinox Alox Bantam. I'm extremely happy with both. Thanks billym. Proof is offered below.
(By the way, the blade on the Bantam doesn't really look like this in real life. That's an annoying reflection of the surrounding forest outside my window.)
