Knives in "survival" movies?

What movies have knives that are used in wilderness survival situations? The two that I can think of are:

First Blood
The Edge

The Naked Prey has all kinds of edge weapons including a few used for survival.

"PREDATOR"!! Arnold not only uses his Jack Crain Life Support System MCS to make the biggest deadfall trap I've ever seen, but a bow, arrows, a spear and lots of other goodies to fight the Predator at the end of the film. The other extraction team members also use their Crain Hunters and Predator Machetes to dispatch sentries ( a wild boar) and build traps and snares to catch the alien.

Oh yeah, and there's "First Blood" too.

J.M. Place Handmade Knives...

The best is yet to come I think.

"The Edge" proved once more that the knife you have w/ you is gonna be your survival knife no matter if you like it or not.

the movie Wrong Turn . :) Looks like a kershaw of some type .
Its a horror movie . Dont know if that counts !

Hey, survival is survival, whether it's you against nature or you against a chainsaw weilding maniac, or flesh eating zombie for that matter!

Band of The Hand- Quirky little movie about a guide that has to teach a bunch of Gang member/screw ups how to survive in the Everglades. Lots of snare, fire making, and hot survival knife action.

Later they come back to Miami to battle drug dealers, not as bad as it sounds:-).

White Water Summer- Sadistic river guide played by Kevin Bacon guides teenagers through the rapids.

Don't forget cyborg, it has a plethoria of Al Mars, and a few customs. Also, Exposure with peter coyote, alot of customs a few randalls and alot of knife fighting! :)

yup...a black kershaw boa...ahhh, my two favorite hobbies, scary movies and knives!
and of course there was the buck 119 in Scream...

Hey Burchtree, I get bored with my other screen name sometimes, so instead of changing avatars all the time I created an alternate. I'm also zombie hunter on ebay, so it kind of makes sense.
It's just fun to have 2.

I am glad there was a post about The Wrong Turn as I watched yesterday. I thought the knife looked like an un-waved Commander. Now that I know it was a Boa, that answers why I took it for the other blade.

I don't know about any of you, but no knife would have made me feel good about being around those cannibals. A good extended tube tactical shotgun would be great or my Benchmade 16" AR-15 with several 30 round mags at my disposal.

I think that was the Buck 120 General(7" blade)...not the Special.
