Knives of Alaska Trekker series

Not sure if these are only sold at Cabelas, but they look like a fine series of knives.

D2 steel, and they come in a variety of configurations, from drop point to clip point.

I think knives of alaska has been disscussed on this forum. Maybe not recently. Do a search on it. You will find some reviews.

the thing i found out about knives of alaska is their heat treat on D2 isnt to its full potential, also QC seems to be a problem i had a Brown Bear skinner that had a chip on it from the factory, i also had an Alpha Wolf from them only problem is the tip was severly rounded. Have you noticed that they dont list the thickness of the blades? also both knives had uneven bevels. I dont think i will be purchasing any more of their products.
