Just the other day I saw a huge lot of pocketknives on the bay. I took a shot and won it for about $30.00
Well yesterday they came in, and I was shocked to see how badly they were taken care of. After about 3 hours with the help of my son I got many of them back into working order. About 3-5 were completely broken or had too many issues that I couldn't fix.

And on the same day two others packages from eBay came, which you will see in a second.

Here is the group of knives I received. Included were an array of Camillus, Imperial, and Colonial knives. The largest one is from India, which is not very well made to be honest. ;)

And here are some of my favorites from the lot-

And here are two others. A CF Wolfertz and a WH Morley. I like these A LOT, and I was very happy with the Wolfertz alone because it is the first of this brand I have ever had.

Also, I let my son pick a few from the lot, and the only one he took was this Kamp King which he said he was giving it to a friend of his.

Great haul! My favorite are the last two. the W.H. Morley is a jewel in my mind. I have one and it gets sharp as a razor. Ask me how I know

Well, of course congratulations are in order. Some nice ones there, but my favorite part is that your son chose one for the purpose of giving it away. You have obviously instilled far more in him than a love of knives.

Okay, I'll ask, Gevonovich, how do you know?

There are some jewels in there, IMO anyway. For the price, you couldn't go wrong!

I like that Kent, it has a nice long pull.

That was a rhetorical question, Doug. :D I cut myself with it when cleaning it up, when I first got it.

Congrats Vanguard, great score. That Morley is a killer and worth more than you paid for the lot, beautiful knife.

Best regards

Robin

Tom, that are some great looking knives. thanks for sharing your last arrivals. Just a bunch of great knives.

Thanks for sharing.

Wow Tom, what a haul! I'm beginning to think I'm going about things all wrong! :D

Thanks for the kind words fellas!
Jack, I was really lucky to get this lot for little $$$$. I've seen junk lots go for over a hundred dollars before on that site.
And thanks for the compliment Doug! I'm sure he'll appreciate that.

Nice score. I think the best thing about buying a knife lot is waiting to see what treasures are en-route.

Great haul Tom! It sounds like your son is on a solid path if he takes a gift to gift himself. Seems like he'll be a formidable member here in the not too distant future:) Enjoy that lot!

Nice score Tom, I enjoy the wait on a purchase like that---kinda like waiting for Christmas to arrive. Then the pure enjoyment of putting them back into use. I'll second Doug's thoughts as well. That's so cool your son thought of another to "gift" a knife to

Now, does he get that from his Mom? :D

Nice haul Tom. I would enjoy going through those as well. Can always use a good TL-29 and the Wolfertz Jack is a dandy. I really like
the Morley 1/2 congress, lots of life left in all of those.

Very nice steal. Those are all really cool, users. They should make grand EDC knives. Those Camp Kings are no joke, one of the sharpest edges I've ever put on a knife was on a nearly identical knife of the same make and model. I dig the utilitarian styling, also the TL-29s are addictive in their own right, and quite useful.

Good score Tom. Whats the orangey tan coloured one fifth from left between the indian big one and the bright orange clip blade? It caught my eye staright away.
