I think people are voting for what knives they like, not if they want to buy them.

Maybe if you put up a signup list for several knives. Then when you get enough serious committments, order just enough for those that signed up. If 20 people want the same knife, a dealer may give a little discount.

Let's say the Benchmade M2 Nimvarus is offered at $90 provided certain numer of people place an order. That might start the ball rolling.

You may want to consider going to a knife of the quarter format. Some of us need a couple months to save for knives like the Basic 7.
