Hi guys! I have had this review up, and people seem to like it, so I thought I would post it over here as well. There aren't too many good quality pocket sheaths out there, and this one certainly gets my approval!
I got one of these wonderful pocket sheaths from Derrick at Knives Ship Free.
It has been available for a while now, and I finally got around to getting one. I should have picked one up sooner! This sheath just oozes quality. The stitching is top notch. The leather is thick without being too much so, and quite supple at the same time. The leather is very resistant to cuts and abrasions as well, so no need to worry about a knife popping out of it while in your pocket.
The sheath fits very easily and comfortably in front or rear pockets, and I generally carry it in my front pocket with a knife and space pen in it. My cell phone and a small roll of electrical tape even sit on top of it.

I have found that any small fixed blade up to the size of a Woodland will ride comfortably in a back pocket in the sheath. Using it in your front pocket, anything up to the size of the Pro Scalpel II will be comfortable as well. Those of you that have pants with bigger pockets should be able to fit a Woodland in the sheath in your front pocket.
I tried a several knives in the sheath, but ended up actually carrying three:
The Mikro Canadian, OMF, and Pro Scalpel II.

All three work wonderfully, as would any small fixed blade that is similar in size (up to an OAL of about 6" to 6.5").
A few more pictures..
My most carried setup. A LE Pro Scalpel II, space pen, and Fenix P2D 100 (just for kicks):

My OMF and the others as stragglers:

Mikro Canadian in the sheath:

I even tried my Blackwater Boot Knife, and it worked too!

One of the best things about the sheath is the ability to carry a small fixed blade incognito in an area where it would be otherwise frowned upon. Even buried in my front pocket, knife access is quick and easy. I would warn people to be careful when resheathing though... I rushed one time and learned the hard way, as you can see by the cut thread in a few pictures.
I have no idea why it took me so long to pick up one of these sheaths. Reid and Derrick came up with an absolute winner here! If you don't have one already, I would suggest getting one to check out. $25 is a worthwhile investment. You can get one here.
