Care to post the knives that you found will WAVE OPEN, other than Emerson and Spyderco Wave models. Thanks. This would be valuable info for myself and probably others.

Come on over to my forum and/or click on my screen name and go to the link in my homepage and you can probably see some. Two albums full of pics there. So many I don't recall what all is there anymore that I've done for customers. The STRprojects album has more after you see the first one and thats no where near all. Just a small fraction actually.

You can go to 'Makers' at the top of the page and find my forum by scrolling down once the page loads. Then once there you can see some in my pocket clip thread which is a sticky post at the top of the page and in other places also. I just did one yesterday, have another to do today and tomorrow.

For the record though, any knife that meets this criteria can usually be Waved. (see picture by clicking the link below my STR) When you draw a line looking at the knife as pictured if there is an area allowing a Wave hook to be cut into the blade above the highest point on the folder it can usually be enough to make it work well. The spine portion of the blade in front of the hook can be modified to bring it down also so its out of the way but the important thing is that the design of the knife allow the knife to sit such that it can have enough of a raised area to catch easily on extraction.

To see models I know work well see the "What I do" sticky post I made at the top of my forum, last post.

just off the top of my head, the Cold STeel Ti-Lite, all models...for the 4" blade version there is one with zytel handles thats ells for @ $40 or so...the same knife with TI handles is about $100 and the Ti handles Anodized (colored Ti toa blue color, also polushed blade) costs about $120 or so, prices all depend on where your buying it...Tne Ti-Lite also has a newer larger version sportign a 5" blade...this knife is very big...I have the cheap zytel version in 4" blade...good knife, not the best for everyday use, but still fun to wave open, I do caution you that the knife will eventually tear up your pockets becasue of the sharper edges on the guards that rub on your pockets...So, good knife, but not pocket friendly...
