Knives with 154CM

Rapid River Knifeworks makes their Fin and Feather in 154cm. It's a nice little 3" fixed blade.

Benchmade 530 Pardue....holy crap can that knife get sharp. Plus it carries with the best of em.

Benchmade's 943, or really any of the 94x series, has blades in 154cm. The older ones that is, after 2002 or sometime around there they switched the blades over to s30v; which is very comparable and according to a lot of sources a slighlty better steel.

Why specifically 154cm?

Thanks!

Why 154CM, I found they take a very sharp edge and are quite easy to sharpen.

If looking for a multi-tool EDC, I've had good experience with Leatherman Skeletool's 154CM :

Some of the Zero Tolerance knives are 154cm, but they'd definitely require a regrind to be considered "thin".

TheZT0200 , ZT0500 , and ZT0650 are 154CM. As Firebert mentioned, they are not thin, but I have found that this is an excellent steel as it gets really sharp, holds the edge, and if touched up regularly, will stay sharp.

Another vote for the Benchmade 530.

3-1/4" blade, Axis lock, 1.88 oz and very, very slim.

I EDC'd one when BM was still using 440C for the blade, then traded up when they switched the blade steel to 154CM.

Great knife.
