Knives without logo?

I've been wanting to add a Busse to my collection and have been looking at lots of adds for "used" ones. I sometimes see that the add states "no logo". My question is are these seconds? Why no logo? Do they have less value? Thanks for the help.

The bulk of Busse knives are "no logo" versions, especially the older versions.

A lot of Jerry's output goes to buyers who prefer "sterile" equipment, and essentially all of the products, up until maybe last year were that way.

Some of the more current production ones (late 2000 on) have the Busse logo on the left side of the blade.

These are not lower in value by any means. In fact, some people prefer the sterile versions in order to maintain continuity in their collection.

John,
Welcome to the Busse Forum. Glad you stopped by. :D

I personally have both the logo'ed and non-logo'ed blades. I prefer the non-logo'ed for my users and the logo'ed for my keepers but that is just personal preference.

Either way they are the same great Busse blades.

I hope you stick around and join in our discussions. :D

I have three with logos and I prefer them over the
sterile. I think the logo stuff is getting harder to
come by.

Thanks to all. I just sent off payment for a used, but looks perfect SH-E. No logo with an on scene sheath as well. Can't wait to get it. It will be my first Busse :D
