I like all type of knives, fixed blades, folders, large and small, however, there are several knives that I hate either because they are ugly or just plain junk. In no particular order, they are:

1. Schrade Beast (Just plain ugly)
2. Schrade Cliphanger (Need I say more?)
3. Schrade Lake & Walker models 1 & 2 (Overpriced junk)
4. Camillus Lev-r-lock (Should be called the "Wobble-Lock"_
5. Case Sodbuster (Ugly)
6. Camillus Sierra lockback (Should have been called the I wish I were a Spyderco knife)
7. Remington Rattlesnake (Also ugly)
8. S&W Cuttin'Horse folders (Yuk!)
9. Cheap Fury brand imports (Rubbish)
10. Camillus Cuda (Liner lock is too thin)
11. Meyerco Strut n' Cut (I can't believe this one won an award)
12. Cheap Pakistani imports (Feels like they're made of tin cans.)
13. Farid's ugly green G-10 folders (Do Brits really go for these?)
14. Cheap knockoffs

I hate any knife made outta wax.
I say this because ya never know who or what's ears were mined to come up with the material!

I also hate the Russian Air Force Folding knives that I paid $175 each for in the late 80's. They make the Infomercial knives look like fine custom cutlery.

Off to mine more materials for my new hobby,
I remain,

I hate knives that seem to have achieved some sort of cult status.

I hate every high quality knife which are overall high quality but lacks in detail (just fixed the problem on my chinook: on the clip side was no washer and on the other two. the result: the blade scratch every time you open on the clip side steel scale!)
Another thing i hate are high quality knives which are not proper sharpen (Bm)
I hate also all polymer scale folder.

I hate my 15 Emersons because I can't carry them all at once, but they did lighten my wallet a little

The only knives I "hate" are those used in criminal activity. They make purchasing and carrying the knives we "don't hate" that much more difficult.

The only "quality knife I hate: First generation Gerber folding Applegate/Fairburn. The lock was so poor it was downright dangerous, especially on a "fighter". The Gator is a far better knife!

Cheap p.o.s. and knockoffs, obviously, are despicable.
Knives that make ridiculous claims that are taken seriously, and lets not name names. OK, go ahead

Seriously, didn't take to the look of Spyderco's when I first saw them. Ugly "alligator eye" and serrated blade. Am becoming more informed thanks to this forum and will take another look.
