in the 90s i started with a Spyderco, then I bougth a Sebenza and now i have a XM-18 (3)..................is there anything after that???...................what is better or thougher??............you expertst tell me.....................

I'd go with a fixed blade but I don't exactly know what you mean by "tougher" or if they will be user/collector knives.

i think if you go with a fixed blade, look at Fiddleback forge.

the EDC and Hunter are hard use knives... as are all fiddlebacks.

For better or for worse, there is no limit to what's out there. This can rapidly become an extremely addictive, expensive hobby.

There are things like this Randall in the world:

Or maybe you like these Ruanas better:

This doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. Good luck to you.

Jens Anso custom for a folder! Nearly unbeatable and for a fixed look at ESEE, Bark river, and Busse I highly doubt you will be dissapointed

M-Tech !

psyyyhc.

I hate using trendy words like grail , so I wont. I look at it like other than the XM18 flipper I wish to own one day , what else catches my eye ? RJ Martin for sure , Yuna very much so ! The Randall that Samael showed is beauty in the extreme. There are fine , fine slipjoints to be had , I would love to own some older stag handled slipjoints one day.
So many knives , so little cash.

The sky is the limit.
