I have been a baking maniac.............

Here are some pics of the finished Cheesecakes that we will have at the upcoming Knob Creek show. I have a pecan pie in the oven right now and I have a cheesecake that will be in the oven in 10 minutes..(Plain one just for you Ronybear:)) I am also making a chocolate Cream pie tomorrow....I am exhausted...LOL

Oreo Cheesecake (First time this recipe is going to the creek..it was a hit at my Cancer Bake sale) before I topped it...I really lay off the toppings because this one is soooo rich

After I topped with very little chocolate...it is SUPER DUPER LOADED with sugary goodness

I am still going going going...I really do have to say if you are on the fence about going to the Knob Creek show...GO GO GO cause the Blades are gonna blow your mind and you get cheesecakes and pies that I made with love:):)

It is gonna be a great time:thumbup:

OMG those look better than INFI :eek: Im thinking about bringing along a premium ossian ham to KC and using my #1 mofo for the first time to carve it up :D
 
That is just insane! (insanely excellent! :) ) I am not sure how they make it to the Creek - With Garth and all watching over them:eek::eek::eek:
 
Oh man, those look GOOOOOOOOOD. I wish I could make it to KC, if only for the cheesecake.

I looked at these pix and all of the sudden all I can smell & taste is cheesecakes!! Must be an Easton show flashback...! ;):thumbup::thumbup:

Amy makes the BEST cheesecakes and those look really GOOD...YUM!! :D

I did just lick my screen:grumpy: And I haven't done that since...ah, well never mind.


I have still never had Amy's cheescake:( Yeah, yeah, I know you all feel real sorry for me.

BTW- if you feel reeeal sorry for me you can have me a piece at Blade right after the doors open friday:thumbup: And thats still not soon enough for poor ole me..is it Amy:p
 
I'll be there, will try to resist but I'll probably fail, lol. Stupid diet =)
