wow a battle rat for 118! im so sad that i wont be able to afford another knife for a loooong time. :(
 
What color is the blade coating on the Battle Rat? I can't tell if it's black or olive drab. If it's any color other than black, I'm getting one!

On a side note, would the chemicals that are usually used to remove the coating affect the handle material?
 
Black with a tan handle. I don't know if paint stripper would affect Res C- It didn't hurt the Micarta on my DABA.

Not familiar with the Swam Rat line. What are they made from? Not INFI judging from the price.

NOPE!!!!!

A very cheap Paki steel that won't break, but wont get sharp either.

Like a steel belted radial.

Nothing to see here, go admire the INFI.

There is NOTHING interesting about Swamp Rat knives other than a very glowing Jennifer Busse.

Yeah, you're right Rob, those swamp rat knives will probably gather a lot of dust sitting around during the Extravaganza. I'll probably buy a few just to help Jerry out.

I hear Idahoskunk's gonna have some "uncoated" Heavy Heart's over at the Company Store tomorrow night between 9 - 9:30 Eastern... you better go check! :p
