Well, here are the rest of the knob creek haul. some interesting pieces. The ASh 1 in this photo is .22 not the .32 heavy or the .187 skinny; a nice intermediate blade. I like it. One of the best feeling blades I picked up is the Marco Bolo. I just can't put this one down it feels so good in the hand and the blade sharpness is incredible. there were only one of these, and I'm surprised it lasted until Saturday. the NMSFNO was purchased due to the beautiful handles; they feel as good as they look. The desert sjtac has much thicker handles making it very filling in the hand; just wish it was .25 like the batac it matches. The little blue swamp rat is for the wife, who "let" me go down on my birthday Thursday night and spend time with my fellow HOGS, so she gets the blue one, which I really did not have a choice about anyways when she got her hands on it :-)

yes, that SFNO is a saber ground. There was another saber ground sfno there that was just plain ugly; tan G10 on bama clay. I bought it too since Garth let me know that the saber ground sfno blanks were about gone.. Sent it back with him along with my FSH arctic blade/ black g10 hand smoothed.. to have turned into black mag G10 smooth handles and green blade along with the FSH. "matching set"

Frank, you da HOG!

btw, maybe you missed my question in your other thread...are those Satin Jacks hollow ground, or just a trick of the light? How thick are they?

they are 3/16, and yes they do appear to be hollow grind. missed seeing you at the show. and no, no crawling through the mud and hiding under vans from here on...my hog Fu treachery has adopted new tactics
