The RWBTOJ brought happiness to Idaho Falls today.

BARF with Big Brother (HOFSH LE). No question that one is made for fighting....

Rick - thinking about sheath designs....

Awesome pics. I really wish I would have got the LE version of the FSH. I love the tiger handles. That BARF looks very pointy.

Very Nice, I'm hoping that I receive a similar care package on Monday.:) Thanks for the Pics.

Love that HP. It would look good with a RAT! :D

Infidel! Blasphemer! Get thee to thine dank hole!

I probably would own a Rat, if there wasn't INFI.

SWEET PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell me more about this Knob Creek. Is there a web sight that I am missing?
love the High Power by the way.

Knob Creek is the site of an annual meeting for gun and knife enthusiasts somewhere back east (Kentucky?). Busse and SwampRat had a table of stuff for sale and were kind enough to offer access to them over the internet. The BARF is the knife I bought during that sale. You can see more of the stuff that was offered in these threads:

The BHP is one of two I own, both in 9mm. Obviously this has the target sights and hard chrome finish (complete with gold-plated trigger for the pimp gun effect). Even though I generally hate rubber grips, I have to admit that these pachmayrs are very comfortable. My other one is high polish blue with walnut grips. I love them both.

did you consider adding a beaver-tail? Beautiful HP...lets see the other!

I have considered it, but not pulled the trigger (ar ar ar!). I am more inclined to spend gunsmithing money on revolvers. I have a 629 S&W at Cylinder&Slide right now.

Regarding the other BHP, I'll have to dig it out and take a shot later.

Thanks for the compliments everyone.

I fell in love with Hi-powers about two years ago, and have one 9mm and one 40 S&W. And although I have large hands and have read about the Hi-power's propensity to 'bite", I have had no problems whatever with that.

I first held a Highpower in '90. I was seriously shopping for my first pistol and trying everything I could get my hands on. I couldn't believe how well the HP fit my hand. Of course, being 25 and stupid, I bought a Desert Eagle instead, perhaps the least ergonomic pistol ever.

What a dope!
