Yesterday when I pulled into the drive way, there sat a priority mail package marked "Busse".
It was like Chrismas. I couldn't wait to get it open and get my hands on the new blades, both are models I haven't even held before.
Since I didn't have a Busse, I openened the box with my SWKW Howling Fat, which seemed okay since the box contained one Busse and one Rat.
What'd I get?
1 Busse Satin Jack TAC in black with tan micarta (no logo)
1 Swamp Rat Bandicoot with RH leather sheath
Buying these were budget busters, and I'd told my wife that I'd probably end up selling one, both, or all three of them (HF) later, but I just wanted to see how they felt in hand.
I'm in love....
The Satin Jack TAC is awesome in the hand! I love it. I used it to cut some bubble wrap. I've owned/handled most of the 6" Busse's except the SFNO, 1/4 Satin Jack TAC LE, & Euro 6 and this is probably my favorite or a close second to a ZTNO. The blade width really helps with the heft and balance I think. Handles are alot smoother than some of the micarta I've felt in the past. Love the pointy pommel. Love the contrasting color.
Okay guys, buy some of my other stuff listed on the forums, so I can pay my CC bill and buy more INFI
