Just a hawk that is...Had to try this baby out just a little before I ship it off to its new home. This was a little less than half of a full strength swing (Whatever that means) didn't want to mess up my customers finish. Went in like butter and almost out the other side of the door. My shop door now has a trophy scar.

Fresh out of bead blast so My greasy paw prints show pretty well. It will get coated with OL WD40 and be Jet Black before it leaves the shop.
My customer helped me on the design and materials selection, 5160 and G10.
Kind of a wimpy test but I have two others ready to finish, one of which will get the Tar beat out of it. Pics when thats gets done.

Didn't you test the first one on your workbench? Go get some 2X4's while you still have a shop to work in! :D
 
This was a fun project to do. After the last two are finished not planning on making any more.
Specs: 24oz, 3/16" 5160, 13 5/8" OAL sharp as hell! Fond of the matte finish coated with WD40 as it is easy to maintain that way, but also do a rustic blued or Nasty Little Beast Camo.
 
What a fantastic hawk. Sometimes you see something and it immediately impresses you and that is the case here.
