Are these Knock-offs ?

One of them has an Axis lock.

I have a better pic in an e-mail. I just can't figure out how to transfer the whole ad to an image file.

Isn't the Axis lock a BM exclusive?

Yep, the Axis Lock is a BM-only product. But there are different versions of this lock on the market, like Cold Steel's Ultra Lock. Similar concept, slightly differing details.

That folder on the left looks a lot like a MT design to me.
