I believe they are assembled in HongKong and South Korea. A friend of mine has his for approximately 10 years already and the dial and hands are still luminous. The movement seems to be hanging tough. From what I read, the bracelets are not that spectacular. The Invicta bracelets are much better. Somehow a watchnut in a forum mentioned that he swapped the bracelet of the Invicta to the Sandoz and he used a Nato strap on his Invicta.
You can get the Sandoz for less than $100 in Asia. Has a nice movement, decent case/bezel, reliable with the only complaint on the bracelet. This is a good value watch.
