That's some beautiful work, what a find!I have a Rough Rider "Sunfish" that some Wilson guy thought it would be a good idea to murder, and I'm trying to find more details about the culprit. I appreciate any leads y'all might have.

My Grandfather was a knife collector/hoarder. So there's been a few "I don't even know........" knives. How many hours of work must of went into that, again I'm curious we're you found this seeing as you don't know much about it outside of the name wilson
It is kinda hilarious that the guy chose a Rough Rider to invest all that time into. It's like gold plating a plastic army man from Dollar Tree....You ever find the scoundrel that murdered that beautiful knife I would like to have a word with him,the audacity to turn a 25 dollar knife into something you would be hard pressed to give away.now that my anger has been suppressed I'm curious to how you came across it.
Time was readily available but maybe not the money to buy the canvas…the knife. I have a scrimshawed tiny toothpick made by a Parker firm and a Native American decorated Chinese made lockback. In both cases the knife cost <$15 before it was embellished. It is kinda hilarious that the guy chose a Rough Rider to invest all that time into. I was thinking the same thing, but he might of been a starving artist,or was out on the trap line with only that knife to mess with.It is kinda hilarious that the guy chose a Rough Rider to invest all that time into. It's like gold plating a plastic army man from Dollar Tree....
My guess is that the fella wanted to practice on a cheapo instead of something better. It's far and away better than anything I could ever do. I think it looks cool, especially the worm on the hook!It is kinda hilarious that the guy chose a Rough Rider to invest all that time into.
