Knurled thumb stud

Anyone replace the stock thumb stud on a holdout or voyager with a knurled one? The smooth face is my only complaint with these knives.
 
Nothing? Ok I'll figure it out myself and post pics. These knives would open a lot easier with thumb studs that have a knurled face IMO.
 
Maybe it's different with the Holdout or Voyager, but I had zero trouble opening my Lawman or Recon 1 with either hand with the stock thumstuds. I have sort of soft thumbs, so I've actually never been a fan of overly aggressive knurling/jimping on thumbstuds. That was the primary reason I could not get on board with the AG Russell Acies 2, it kept tearing my thumb up.
