My local Lowes had the Kobalt tri-blade folder on sale for under $8 - being a knife and multi-tool junkie I couldn't resist.
I have only had for a few days, but this thing is a pretty beefy piece of swag considering the price.
It comes with a standard blade, a serrated blade (2 sizes of serrations) and a utility knife blade (you can replace easily with std util knife blades). All 3 blades lock and are stainless steel, with the handle being aluminum.
In my spare time I do woodworking, and was looking for something I could "beat up" as I cringe with some of the torture I put my more expensive tools thru.
I've got more testing to do, but for the price its worth having it around as a "beater".
