First one out of the new shop......: Kodiak Camp Knife...

Its got a 6" blade of 1/4", differential heat treated O-1 toolsteel. The 5" Cocobolo handle, with red & brass hardware, help to give this blade an overall size of 11 3/4". The widest part of the blade is 1 3/4" .

This blade has a robust feel to it, yet comfortable in the hand......

The inspiration for the blade and its name come from the brown/grizzly bear. Which by nature is a tough & robust animal

Nice chris, looks like the new KMG and you are getting along well. Is it Flat or hollow ground any rate some one will enjoy using that .

It looks very good. The angles that the photos are taken from don't give an accurate representation of what the knife actually looks like.

Thank you for the positive words, its realy appreciated.

Spencer, the blade has a hollow grind to it. the KMG was the best investment I made in the shop.

Hmmm, Keith, I think I understand what you are talking about, but I am not sure. If you dont mind shooting me an e-mail, or somethng, I would appreciate your thoughts. Photography is one area I am lacking, this I know, so your suggestion might offer some improvement.

Either way, thank you for taking a look.
