how much would a single non fancy kora cost just in steel and time? thats the beheading sword on the armory wall just at the top on either side by the shields , in bill's pictures of the nepalese museum, they look pretty large and have a rather elaborate blade, much like my hasiya and bolo threads if anyone would be interested in a kora speak up!

I would love to see a kora something like this one:


They sometimes have those disks/guards at the bolster and butt, but I'm thinking something with a simple handle and then putting the "money" into the funky blade shape.

Would be a fearsome zombie lopper for sure

I never laid eyes on nothing like that in all my born days.

I assume the cutting part is the flat area parallel to the body of the blade? Just when I think I'm showing signs of smart I get a reminder like this of how dumb I really am.
