Hi there guys,

I don't know if you are familiar with the latest Korth Cutlery (the Ricardo and Roberto Lala brothers from Brazil) models. There are some nice folders and flippers.

This is the Amazonas. I have shown it before here. I very nice idea for opening system that provides a very very strong blade.

Some diferent moutings: from the top - stag, cocobolo and rosewood.

Now this is the younger brother: the Amazonas Tanto blade! It's the first time it's been shown.

This one is the FOX, a nice and classic design with smaller blades (2.75") that suits the EDC concept very well.

This one is the Stinger flipper... the model is not new, but the grind is! There used to be a bevel and this higher grind that goes all the way to the spine is just great.

And for last the Wheehawk flipper.. a Stinger model variation with a wharncliff blade.

Thanks for looking!

I really like the Amazonas folders. Wish they showed some other views: Closed, opposite side, backspine, etc. Hard to get the full picture on a single image (hint hint..)

Are they exclusive to AZK also?

Hi Coop,

I will try to talk the guys into taking more pictures in different angles.

The only model exclusive to ACK was the full Ti handle (see the picture below) but the others are available to any other dealer interested. That's is why I started that other folder dealer thread, to check on dealers that might be interested. And in a few days I plan to have them available directly on my website as well.

Thanks Jeff. These are very attractive and look nicely functional. I suspect they will do REAL well.

Coop

Well yes, I believe so, though I am finding some dificulties to get in contact with dealers. Julie Hyman from ACK was superb in that matter, comunication has always been great with her. I hope we can find other nice partnerships such as ACK in the near future.

Hey Backwater,

Nice pictures! I made the deal for that knife with Julie for ACK, so it found it's way to your home than?

Congratulations! It's a very nice knife!

I am not sure of when will Julie order another run of those, but once she does I will let you know Steven. Right now she ordered a few Tanto Amazonas and some flippers.

Coop, I got the pics you asked for, I am posting them later on tonight.

Jeff

Coop, here are the pictures.. sorry it took some time.

Those are shipping out to ACK today.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you. It really helps to get the full picture of attributes. (That's what I tell my clients.... ;))

Will you or they take orders for something with a bit different scale and bolster materials? Take it to PM if you'd like.

Good post. Sharp looking blades with a lot of unique features.
