Today Im on the woods with the Koster EDC, a nice fixed blade

The handle its not contoured, anyway its really comfortable

Here the knife handled, as you may see is a fairly compact knife

I want to made a spring snare trap (note: trapping is forbidden in Italy, this trap is not intended to be use)

For this type of trap, you need for 6 pieces of wood, like these

Setting the trap

The tension is provided by the branch above the trap

Here a short movie about the trap in action

The trap its working properly, Im fine

Conclusions: the Koster EDC is a very good, compact fixed blade. The handle comfort is great, and the cutting efficiency too. A nice knife for a day in the woods.
