Well even though it was beautiful out today and I didn't go fishing or trek around in the woods:thumbdn:, I did get to play with a knife:thumbup:. My cheapo kitchen knives were not up to the task, so I gave my Koster Nessmuk a shot
Not that I was surpized but it made short work of this side of beaf, and turned um into beautiful NY strips!
Like passing a hot knife through butter
Now I am ready for my pre Memorial Day Barbecue.
