She's unused and has a black Kydex sheath. The current run of these by Dan is in 1095, this one is in the ever-so-sought after 3V.

The only trade I would consider is for a Spyderco Techno.
 
She's black and unused in box. Straight blade, serrated and saw along with other goodies. She's also a one hander.
