It'd be a great knife for processing any kind of game or fish. I don't like a super flexible blade, so the thickness is about perfect IMO. It should be a good camp knife for food prep too.
I wouldn't use it to field dress game myself, the blade is too long and pointy for me. You'd have to be VERY careful to not split the stomach open while dressing the animal.
I also wouldn't use it for self defense or any type of work where you would might need some lateral strength.
