Peanut butter and jelly, hats and gloves, bees and flowers... well you get the idea. :p

Just in from the Krein House of Knives a TK-11 wharnie.

Crisp grinds and he got the CPM D2 finish to just give off a real satiny glow. :)
Impeccable detail work on the handle as well.

Tom, who makes a fine kydex sheath himself, urged having Paul make some leather for this one.
Great recommendation...

Tom's small and medium fixed blades just flat out work with Paul's pouch sheaths.

Two humble craftsman that are at the top of the game.

Thanks guys!

All the best,

You can't talk about a Krein warnie with crisp grind lines, and not post a picture, that is just mean.

Beautiful little knife, but aren't we used to seeing this as a fact
in all of the Krein knives? :)

Hope you don't mind my bringing out the true color of the blade.

All the best,

I very much like Tom Krein's work. That is a great looking knife and sheath.

Thanks for the comments but Tom and Paul did all the heavy lifting. :D

This knife came as sharp as any EDC I own. Just a great cutter with a high shallow hollow grind, damn near flat.

Pink Ivory scales, a very hard and dense wood from Africa (kind of a soft red with black accents), mosaic pin, and black liners. Any imperfections seen here are from my weak photography skills.

After Paul, in TX, fits the sheath to knife it gets sent back to Tom in AR.
Then he puts the final edge on it and sends it out to the customer.
Me.:p

The sheath is lined with deerskin, inlayed with gator (which mimics the blade profile), and has a contoured belt/pocket clip.
The knife rides deep and tight. Outstanding.

Works well with jeans... ;)
