Krein Bulldogs

The Bulldog is a new model for me and so far I am REALLY liking the way they are turning out.

Overall Length is 8" with a 3.5" blade.

My concept with the BULLDOG was to build a defensive knife that would be legal in most areas that you could carry a fixed blade legally. Thats why there is a 3.5" blade.

I wanted a short bladed knife that would feel BIG and perform BIG.

I also wanted it to have a very secure grip that was comfortable in any grip!

The swedge is not sharpened (unless requested) but ground VERY thin. Even unsharpened it will be very capable on back cuts. It also will aid in penetration. This knife is going to leave a VERY BIG HOLE!

Can't think of a knife as a defensive weapon, so the concept is lost on me, but MAN is that a great looking knife! Great size, shape, and design. Very cool!! One in orange G10 and tool steel and thats just about perfect! :thumbup: Mr. Krein!

Nope.

So far I have been unable to find any that would work do to the LARGE size of the handle and drop at the butt... Will keep looking, but don't think it is going to happen!

Here are a couple more pics of two Bulldog pups that went out today.

Here is the white pup... While I hate working with white micarta :grumpy: I really like how this one turned out. Plus white bulldogs have a special place in my heart!

Here is the brown pup... I am really liking the rich brown color I am getting from this brown canvas micarta!!
