Does anyone have one of those Kriss blade butterfly knifes? I'm think of getting one, or one of those butterfly knifes with a dragon on them. Which one would u guys rather get? thanks.

first of all, its Kris. you'll get stoned for that around here
and you're looking at the cheap Rostefrei balisongs apparently. you should perhaps try starting with something like a Jaguar, or if you have the cash, a Benchmade 42.

Actually, to complicate things even more, its not a kris, its a flame. The blade is not symmetrical.
I second getting a jag or better yet a 42 if you can afford it.

I am not a big fan of the kris bladed butterfly knife. But I have had so many requests for it, that I did order a few in. Right now I have a Red color in a Rostfrei in the 5" size and I have a Chrome in the 6" Rostfrei that opens up to 11". Maybe we should have a talk with www.knifezilla.com to have them change kriss to kris so I can go back to their site.
You will only get a true kris blade from either the Philippines or if you can get a custom Bali-Song which are extremely expensive and very hard to find. The only readily available blades that are close to the kris are the flame blades.

In Batangas they cost about ten bucks. Here in American, they cost about $100. For the most part, you can thank customs for the vast difference in price. They are a litte confused over at the port authority, and they seem to think a butterfly knife is a switchblade. Which makes about a much sense as the current election does

****!!! I just got my kris butterfly knife today. The one from Knifezilla.com, the biggest one. Damn, its not what I expected. It looks cheap, doesn't look right. You guys don't know how much, I've waited for this, when I open it and looked at it. Damn...I was heart broken. ****...oh well...I'll just save some money for the Jaguar now then.
