I know this is a very popular sheath for slip joints. I ordered a standard size Pocketslip and just received it today but it seems like too tight of a fit for my GEC #57 Wrangler. The length is perfect for my William Henry E10 but again it's a tight fit and very difficult to get the knife back out.

I've also got a GEC #72 Cody Scout on the way from KSF. Based on it not fitting these smaller knives I'm assuming there's no way it will fit the Scout.

What size Pocketslip do you have and what is the largest knife you carry in it?

You should probably but the next size larger. And while you are waiting wet the slip you have and wrap either the E10 or 57 (which ever is larger) is plastic wrap and shove it into the wet slip and let it dry. Should work fine then.

Excellent suggestion NM -- I have used that same technique with leather gun holsters that were so tight I couldn't even get the pistol in, let alone out! You'd be surprised how much leather will stretch - sometimes to the point that the holster or sheath actually becomes a bit too loose! I have also heard that wrapping the item in a plastic baggie (or plastic wrap), putting it in the holster/sheath, and placing it in the sun for several hours will accomplish the same effect (although, I've never tried it - the wetting of the leather has always worked just fine for me).
