Kubotan Knife - Are these illegal weapons in Canada ?

If so, can you show me the law which says so asd perhaps a Court case.

I seen some for sale at a martial arts supply store in Toronto about five years ago. I don't know if the laws have changed since then but you could check martial arts supply stores in your area and see if they have any.
