I've got a Recon 1 that I've enjoyed for around 15 years or so. It's one that uses a disc on top of the blade for ambidextrous opening, not the button on the left side for a right handed person they have now. Recently the screw came out and the button disappeared. I approached C.S. to order and pay for a replacement, if it was even possible to get it. Well, not only is it possible but it is going out same day at no charge. That's the kind of customer service that gets people to buy again. Kudos to them. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
