Kudos for excellent Customer Service!

I sent four knives to LifeSharp for tuning and sharpening; 790, 12400, 525BK-1101 and 812. I less than two weeks they arrived at my door clean, sharp and all with new replacement clips and screws. The Ltd. 525 had the springs replaced as well. I would offer another round of Kudos to Sara Ritchie and the techs that did the excellent work, very well done Benchmade! :thumbup:

They always do an outstanding job. I sent in an old Sentinel just to see what could be done. My expectations weren't very high considering how old and beat up the knife was.

What came back was amazing all thing's considered. New clip, washers, and screws. Cleaned, lubed and very sharp!

They really do go above and beyond. Why I always say Benchmade CS really is second to none.
