It has been a while since I ordered anything from Campmor. Anyway, I placed an order a few days ago for a few items and the box arrived today. When I opened it I was missing one of the items even though the packing list had it shown as shipped. I emailed their customer service department and within 10 minutes I had a reply, an apology and a confirmation that a replacement product was being mailed out today. Customer service doesn't get any better than this. I will send as much business to them in the future that I can. I think if all customers started demanding that companies have customer service this good and only do business with companies that do, we could change the way this world operates!
