When I bought my 1st ever CRK some 4 years ago, it was my grail - a Zaan. So I went to Things Remembered and had my name and cell phone number engraved on the locking side scale, just in case it ever found it's way out of my pocket. About 2&1/2 years ago, I sold it. (Still miss it, almost every day!). ANYWAY, the buyer finally decided to mail it in and get the scales blasted clean.

Tonight I got a call from CRK (Angela) verifying that the knife had been sold and not lost or stolen. Wow. Thanks guys! Makes me want to get all my knives engraved! This level of CS is what makes me keep spending my kids inheritance on y'all!
 
The positive effect of great customer service is mostly overlooked , but not at CRK! One reason we love them! Bart
 
There are so many reasons I love CRK's but one of the biggest, after the quailty of the knives, is their customer service!
 
I will add in on this. I got a reply for every email sent to them. That too speak volumes.
