kudos to Buck for their new chat line

today I went to the Buck web site to find their phone number but decided to give the chat line a try.
Made contact with a nice lady named Lena and asked for some replacement screws for my Marksman 830.
She just asked which ones I needed and for my mailing address . no charge.
Just one more way to get the terrific customer service that Buck is famous for.

The chat is on the Buck Website. Look at the yellow box at the bottom right of the page (regardless of the page your on) and click on the arrow. They are not available 24/7. It will say "Email Us" if they are not available and it will let you know when they are online.

The hover button at the bottom right that says "Email Us". If you click that up, it looks like that would be the chat panel, but right now (7:03am EST), it's offline (perhaps business hours only). I didn't see anything else. I haven't used it, so I suspect someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I was, being a creature of habit, going to the contact area of the page seeing the same old phone numbers and email address. The yellow rectangle on the bottom right of the page sticks out like a huge mustard stain on your shirt. Can't miss it now. Many thanks fellas for being there for me. Brace yourself Buck.
