Bought a new Heiho a month or so ago. The blade just would not open smoothly at all.
CRKT sent out a new torsion bar as a fix, but it was problematic. So I returned it on their nickel.
Got the replacement today. Opens like a flash. Very smooth. Great blade that is razor sharp and has a nice tip. Overall a very nice knife, and great customer service from CRKT.
I'm impressed. It only cost $34.55 with free shipping from Amazon. Will it hold up compared to a more expensive knife? Dunno, but so far it's a keeper.
