I want him to know that he is appreciated for being on the forum and providing the extras that he does. I don't know if it is something that he does out of the goodness of his heart or what...but, he has helped me and many others on here and needs to know that all that he does makes me enjoy being envolved with this forum and Buck Knives a lot. Thank You, Jeff. Preston

Who are you going to call... Jeff

Thanks :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I reached out to Jeff yesterday with an issue concerning a warrantied 119 that has great sentimental to me. As always, he was more than willing to help. Great guy!

I absolutely agree. He resolved an issue for me yesterday. I let him know about a problem I had and less than an hour later he told me everything would be taken care of. That's a man that stands behind his company and his product. Hats off to Jeff and a big thank you to the guys on this forum that directed me to him.

I met Jeff when Buck was working on a 112 of mine and he went to look at what I was talking about and informed me that the scale had a seam from the laminate going crosswise against the grain, sent me back an e-mail and told me the knife was being shipped to me that day. What a nice person.

Just from his answers here on the forum we can see the type of person Jeff must be. I had an issue with a Custom 112 I had planed to EDC, we exchanged several emails to iron out the problem , I look forward to the results.
Thanks again
Dave T.
