I'm normally a passive member but this has to be said:

Awesome customer service, I have a cheap Volt 2 that i use as my beater knife, after a year i broke the torsion bar. So i took it out and continued to use it. I emailed their cs and told them that it had broke and admitted to taking it apart and not wanting to ship the knife in. I know some other knife companies would have told me tough i took it apart so the warranty is voided. Not Kershaw they sent me a nice letter saying it will be shipped out in 3 days free of charge.

P.S. since i didn't have to pay anything i ordered a Cryo to add to my Kershaw collection. It's relatively small but will be growing!
 
Always amazing customer service! Kershaw has never disappointed me in that aspect. Good to know you're satisfied. :thumbup:
 
I still haven't had to deal with any problems on any of my Kershaws, but It's good to know that if I ever have a problem, Kershaw will take care of me.
 
Their excellent CS has cost me quite a bit of money. Every time I have dealt with them I've felt guilty, and purchased another ZT/Kershaw knife.

I sent my beater Blur in and it came back SHARP and repaired free of charge. GREAT COMPANY!!!

My "Blem" DS Blur arrived today from David and I gotta say....Kershaw has GOT TO BE losing money on these blems....They're basically giving these things away.....I can't find a darn thing wrong with it!!!

I personally think they are geniuses. They sell a product that they would most likely have to scrap at least a bit of for porbably somewhere areound what they paid to have it made, then don't have to give it a warranty. I for one, am not complaining.
 
I do the same thing every time they send a new torsion bar I buy a new knife because I feel guilty. Hey what happend to the place on there site where you order parts its not there anymore!!!
 
I emailed KAI and explained that I am not the og owner and am happy to pay for the repairs I need done.

I was given a choice of 2 options:
1) what part do you need, we will mail it to you free of charge.
Or
2) send it in along with a warranty sheet, and as long as damage is not due to abuse, we will fix and return to you FOC.

Absolutely stunning.
