Will called me last night on his own time, and his own dime to help me with the edc that was not fixed right!!!

Now thats customer service!!! he went out of his way, on his own time to help me!! that says something really good about him!!!

that will definitely keep me interested in Camillus cutlery!!! and definitely says something good about his character!!!! :D
 
I have to agree. Will called me as well over some concerns I had over my Cuda Maxx. Incredible! What company (any company) actually proactively calls their customers these days?)

It's nice to see a company care so much about their customers. This makes me that much more willing to buy their products in the future as I feel comfortable and confident that any issues I may have with a product will be properly addressed and resolved! :D
 
Will is also helping me out with a warranty repair issue right now. It's always a plus when a company cares about its customers :)
